To measure the impedances of a Cereport array you will need:
A beaker of 0.9% saline solution
A short cable with alligator clips

Before cleaning an electrode array, please take in the following warnings and recommendations:
-DO NOT handle the electrode array directly with fingers or tweezers. Instead, manipulate the wire bundle of the electrode array with tweezers that have been wrapped in rubber tubing. Bare metal tweezers may damage the insulation on the electrode wires.
-DO NOT allow the electrode to tap or contact hard surfaces as this may crack, damage, or break the electrode tips in the array.
A null modem serial cable (crossover cable) is needed to send data from the host PC to the NSP. A standard straight through serial cable will not allow the transfer of data. -Collect 1 Second of 30kHz, unfiltered data
